i am 25 years old! yeah! happy? no not really... sad? not at all.. its just another year..
i guess people feel old only when they have nothing to do, or maybe when they have nothing else to look forward to.. but i have things to look forward to, so yeah.. 1984.. was a good year..
i read the book too.. 1984.. i mean wtf.. why is it on the best selling list? come on man.. make the hero win after all the suffering!
i read catch 22 also.. i tried reading it in UG but i couldn't get past the first chapter.. too many charecters to remember.. or atleast i thought so.. but its a good book.. people should read it.. why? why not? ;)
in the summer.. right now.. i am working towards completing my thesis.. about decimating stuff.. its fun.. only thing is. i don't really like matlab.. i wish everything was fixed point.. damned floating point causes too much trouble.. so when working with matlab always do comparisons with integers.. round() function is a very good thing.. but well anyway never mind.. matlab is useful..
i am kind of addicted to cigarettes now.. i am ashamed to say i am addicted cause i am on the verge.. it would take me some effort to get back to the place where i was.. on the not addicted side.. i will try..
i work out 4 days a week.. but those six packs look like they will never show up in this lifetime.. but the bright side is, i like my shoulders hehehe..
i met new people.. guys from bangalore whom i knew were in Lund, but didnt meet much.. and they are cool.. it was fun to be with them and i am happy that they got jobs here and that they will live close by .. i won't spend too much money on alcohol from now on hehehe..
one thing that i have not been able to do after having spent almost a year here is see and visit places in Europe.. i should do it before i go back.. december.. we start.
Friends are gradually settling down in life.. they have all started feeling bored with the jobs they have.. everyone wants change.. even though people say that change is the constant thing about life.. change which makes people happy never seems to happen... i have also been told that when i say things i use seems to a lot.. i like telling stories and stories without seems to.. are not really stories..
Tika nagar in DVgere joke was really funny.. but I wish TC all the best.. i am sure he can do it.. like ash said.. he has the talent..
many people who i have talked to.. complain about living in sweden.. my thesis partner always complains about sweden.. but i think its a very cool place to be in... i wouldn't change anything about this country if i were given a chance..
i wouldn't change anything about India either..
Australia would be a place to visit before i start feeling old..
i should learn how to bake a cake.. before the summer is over.. 20 more days.. i have to hurry up.. maybe tomorrow i will try baking one...
